Tillie and her husband John are keen to prove that older people are interested in climate change. Their passion is demonstrated through the improvements they have made to their home, from a new boiler, insulation and solar panels, to their sustainable habits such as using water butts, energy saving light bulbs and composting. They have also started to inspire their local community to join in practical but sustainable activities, with the aim of proving that carbon reduction and a reduced reliance on the earth’s resources can be fun and very satisfying!
