For the past 35 years Danny and his family have been striving to minimise their imprint on the planet. They produce their own meat, fruit and vegetables, they store rain water to reuse in the garden, have solar panels to heat water and use bikes to avoid short car journeys. What’s more, Danny’s family run a small bed and breakfast, giving them the opportunity to talk to and - where possible – influence people concerning lifestyle choices and sustainability principles.
